RCI General Assembly 2026

We are pleased to invite you to our annual General Assembly in Cologne on Tuesday, 3 November (11:00 to 17:00 CET) to Wednesday, 4 November 2026 (9:00 to 13:00 CET). The meeting will take place at the following venue:

The Hyatt Regency in Cologne (Kennedy-Ufer 2a, 50679 Köln)

Your registration will help us to plan the event effectively and ensure that we have sufficient materials and resources for all attendees.

Please indicate whether you intend to attend a social gathering at a local brewery on the day before the general assembly (if you arrive a day earlier) and/or a social dinner in the evening on the day of the general assembly.

New Ideas and Proposals for RCI Activities in 2027

In advance of the General Assembly, we will reach out with a survey to gather input on the topics you would like to focus on for 2027.
Last year, several companies coordinated with each other and submitted the same proposals. You are welcome to do this again; however, we kindly ask that you submit a single proposal on behalf of all companies supporting that topic.

The proposed activities will then be compiled into a slide deck.

All members will receive these slides ahead of the General Assembly to allow sufficient time to review the proposals internally and discuss them with their colleagues. During the General Assembly, the activities will then be presented/discussed and voted on.
