RCI General Meeting 2024 - Renewable Carbon Initiative

We are pleased to invite you to our annual General Meeting in Cologne on Monday, 30 September (11:00 to 17:00 CET) to Tuesday, 01 October 2024 (9:00 to 13:00 CET). The meeting will take place at the following venue:

The Hyatt Regency in Cologne (Kennedy-Ufer 2a, 50679 Köln)

Your registration will help us to plan the event effectively and ensure that we have sufficient materials and resources for all attendees.

Please indicate whether you intend to attend a social gathering at a local brewery on the day before the general meeting (if you arrive a day earlier) and/or a social dinner in the evening on the day of the general meeting.

Monday, 30 September (11:00–17:00 h, official part of the meeting – Looking back at previous year, administrative and organisational topics, new topics of interest for the coming year)
Monday, 30 September (19:00 h) Dinner in an Kurdish-Turkish restaurant „bona’me"
Tuesday, 01 October (09:00–13:00 h, official part of the meeting – Member presentations and/or focus presentations on RCI publications)
Tuesday, 01 October (13:00 – 14:00 h Lunch)

Please inform us if you are interested in giving a presentation on the second day and include the topic of your presentation. After gathering responses, we will conduct a vote among all RCI members to select the eight most popular presentations for the second day of the general meeting.

Interest to give a presentation on Tuesday (1 October)?

At the end of August, we will inquire about the topics you would like to focus on in 2025. These activities will be voted on during the General Meeting.
